Bug description: What happened was that I was doing the mission to obtain a character of an allied race and in that the telephone company left us without internet, I reconnected with my mobile phone to continue but I could not return. I was trapped in the last phase of the missions, so I eliminated the mission thinking that I could find it again and it is no longer neither on the map nor in the initial place in Stormwind. help me. If I have the mission with another character, but this one is not well armed, I would like to do it with my main character.

The best you can do at this point is to open In-game ticket.

I would suggest you to use https://www.wow-freakz.com/unstuck.php to reset the character phase so you would be able to finish the quest.
