Help with relic

I have such a question, I do not know if it is a mistake or what I did wrong, but in protection paladin I have 3 slots for relic and in retribution only 2 one closed and the same in DK blody to frost

Please try to change specs on your DK back and forth (for example change it to unholy, then frost). After that, do a relog. That should open up the 3rd relic slot. Do the same process again on your paladin too. Just make sure that after you change specs, you relog. That should fix the issue on both your characters.
