Also to clarify for traits the person in the video has +2 Solar Stabbing which increases solar wrath by 5% per relic +2 sunfire burns which adds 7% to sunfire damage per relic and +1 to light of the evening star which adds 3% damage to starfall per relic slot. For my relics i have +1 solar stabbing +1 sunfire burns and +1 twilight glow (7% damage to moonfire per relic) that count for the testings of the spells.

All spells are dealing correct amount of damage, the formula of damage is correct.

The tooltip isnt meant to show all the multipliers, but the damage is scaling correct.
