UPDATE: I found the quest giver, no help needed.

Character name: Draupadi
Bug description: quest log says Ready to Turn In. There is supposed to be an NPC who appears to turn the quest into, but he or she did not appear and I do not know where to turn this in. Also, the quest giver was supposed to stay with me during the steps of completion but she did not. This is a mage campaign quest, might be important
