Bug description: Legendary Ashes to Dust incorrectly works with judgment buff. Its easy to test it with Execution Sentence because it has constant dmg so all tests below were made without any dmg increasing effects and dmg were done on dummy.
Without judgment buff Execution Sentence deals 1276120 dmg and with legendary 15% buff it deals 1467538 (its correct)
With judgment buff (64%) Execution Sentence deals 2092836 dmg (its correct) and with legendary 15% buff it deals 2284254 (incorrect) (it should do 2406762 dmg)
Like it works now 1276120*64%+1276120*15%=2284254
LIke it should work 1276120*64%*15%=2406762
