Is there a way to claim guild master rank, when your previous leaders haven't entered the game in about year or two, asuming you are with the lowest rank?

If you have a high rank in the guild you can use the "Dethrone" option.

From what I can see the current guild master and officers are inactive for several months now. I'll be available later on today to transfer you the rank so you can manage the guild as you please in this case.

I manually switched the guild master since you didn't had the rank to use Dethrone as intended. Glad to hear everything is alright now.
