Bug description: bug quest " a new invantion"
Proof: hi, i was do this mission for hunter and after i have take first item i needed go back in class hall and take that item to one npc "XR9-49" but dont have make me do that, i have try to close game some time and nothing, soo i have try to delete mission and take back for try to do again i have tought about maybe in this way i fix, but now the npc take that mission " Mimiron " have icon like i have already that mission and wait to complete but i dont have

Judging from the picture, you don't have all the required quest items. If you do, please provide a screenshot of your bags.
Here is a slight guide for the quest items:

This quest is available to Beast Mastery hunters and is given by Image of Mimiron at Trueshot Lodge. It requires you to kill specific enemies to obtain components for the Essence Swapper. The items needed and enemies are listed below; Stormy Gland - Squallhunter(Squallhunter WhelplingAdult SquallhunterJuvenile Squallhunter), Stormheim Pristine Harpy Feathers - Stoneblood Harpy (Stoneblood ElderwitchStoneblood Ravager), Val'Sharah Reflective Scales - Hatecoil Naga (Hatecoil Stormcaller), Azsuna Essence of Pure Spirit - Seabound Mystics (Seabound Mystic), Highmountain Getting the items is a matter of kill until it drops. I spent a while killing enemies thinking there was something I was missing because the item wasn't dropping, but it turns out it is just a low drop rate. Just keep killing until you get it.
