Character name: Frombelow
Bug description: the NPC which you have to deliver the quest is at the same spot where you take the quest from her, but the deliverance point of the quest is shown in Valdisdall (couldn't get a photo of this because there was a world quest there). it also doesn't show on your minimap when you fly above her, convincing you that you need to go to Valdisdall, resulting in player's confusion. (in the picture i uploaded i stood a bit away from her and there is no marker on minimap or map).
