Character name: Uglybone
Bug description: I started doing Moozy's Reunion quest for Highmountain Chapters so I can unlock flying, but when i was escorting Ethel Waterwise to reuinite with her family just before she enter the Highmountain room where she complete the quest, she dissapeared and quest wasn't complete. I abandoned the quest to start it again but it doesnt appear no more. So now i can't complete the storyline of Highmountain, could you please help me to find or complete the quest.

It was confirmed here that the quest can't be completed. However, this quest isn't part of the main questchain and you can still complete it and unlock flying as intended. Check the guide here;
