Character name: Rypp
Bug description: Immaculate Stonehide Leather has an 8% drop chance from "Meredil Glider" according to Freakz site. Item starts quest for stonehide leather skinning rank 3. Went twice to farm those creatures and I skinned over 200. The item did not drop.
Proof: Hard to prove but I went on 2 occasions and farmed extensively.
