Guild Master swap request

Hi. I was wondering if it was possible to transfer the Guild Master rank to another player because our Guild Master received a permanent ban. The guild is <Whispers of the Honest> and the Guild Master is Magicrooster. The head officers voted about making another player the Guild Master and it was decided that it would be Fregath.

Done, but next time you will have to wait until you can use the "Dethrone" option.

It didn't work. Fregath is still an officer in the guild. Magicrooster remains the Guild Master, despite it all.

Somehow, Magicrooster got Guild Master back after 1 or 2 days of Fregath being Guild Master. Not sure what caused the revert. Could you somehow fix it yet again, please? Or will we have to wait for the dethrone option?
