Frost mage:mage tower quest can't be turned in after completion at the Dala NPC.

Bug description: can no longer take frost mage tower quest.i finished the frost mage tower quest for my mage,but i couldn't seem to return it,the NPC to return it in dala had the question mark to return,but i couldn't turn it in,so i abandoned it,this week i went to the NPC on the broken shore to re-do it,but the quest is no longer available for me to take.i have no screenshots for proof.pls help.

here 1 image as frost and next one as fire both clicked on the same day. the one w/o the quest is the frost spec one.

I can confirm it. It happened to me today as a fury warrior. Here is what happened.
1) Take the fury warrior agatha quest
2)Finish the challange and go to dalaran for turn in. (after i killed the agatha i used dalaran heartstone)
3)You click on the first ''?'' and turn it in. It makes your character get in middle and little cinematic plays as your weapons change to magetower ones
4)You get a new quest and it says something like ''rise up your weapons'' . Normally a button should appear on screen but it didnt. Log out log in didnt fixed it.
5)I went to order hall and could equip my magetower weapons but it still shows it locked but you can click and wear it.
6)You dont get the achievement ''challenging look'' because you cant turn in the last quest (look 4 )
7)After you abandon the quest magetower appearence is no more useable.
8) when you go to the mage tower and try to pick up the quest again i got the same thing like the guy created this thread.

Maybe it has something to do with the hearting dalaran. I believe you guys can re-create this bug. Because same thing happened to me with the dude in this thread.
