[DUPLICATE] Can't get the random dungeon to complete the daily heroic

Character name: Draupadi, Vrishi, Alifax
Bug description: I have tried this many times today, about 5 I think and it happens on all of my characters.

I que for a random Heroic dungeon. When it comes up. the screen gets stalled and never logs into the dungeon.

It just hangs up, loading. Then I have to quit the game and restart.

I am still in the group so I join in but when the dungeon completes, I do not get the daily rewards.

I have had the same results with 3 of my characters which is everyone I have tried. It started today.

It appears to be working okay today. Not sure what caused it.

It's most likely that a server reset helped the issue. However, there's something of a workaround you can try for yourself and that is unstucking your characters and deleting your cache folder.
Other than that, issues like this sometimes do happen and were already mentioned / reported. One of the reports is for example this, where you can see the last comment mentioning the issue about RDF as well.
