So since new patch wow freakz 7.3.5, was trying to vote, the voting stepps were successful, atleast depends on what the system tells me (knowing that i was voting since patch 7.1.5 without problem).
But i"m not getting any points, the website says you're voted wait 5-20 min i keep it open but then receiving no points, so i disabled Adblock and tried VPN which didnt allow me to vote.
i wish i get a fruitful respond (please don't tell me your voting wrongly XD) thank you and have a nice day.

Voting works, you need to follow the steps exactly. Any other reasons why you don't receive the points sounds like a issue on your side.
