Bug description:

The buff is applied after Lava Burst reaches the target. This is wrong. The buff should be applied when the Lava Burst cast finishes successfully. Not when the animation of the fire ball finishes/hits the target.

Currently our dps rotation is harder than it needs to be: I can cast Icefury, have 4 stacks of Icefury, then cast a Lava Burst, not getting the 20% dmg buff, then use my instant Frost Shock without the 20% dmg buff, then my Lava Burst hits and I get my 20% buff. I can constantly have to wait 2-3 seconds between casting Lava Burst and using Forst Shock, Earth Shock, Earthquake spells. Most of the time the spell I want to empower is not the spell getting empowered.

Basically I have to use spam fillers in my rotation slowing down my bursts and big spells. My rotations has to be: Lava Burst, Lightning Bolt (so my Lava Burst has time to hit), then Earthquake, Lava Burst, Icefury (so my Lava Burst has time to hit my target), then Forst Shock, then Lava Burst, then another Filler spell, then 2nd Frost Shock.
