I need help getting to new dalaran, I boosted my character, but can't do anything for legion since I can't get to Suramar to start the quest. Please help ASAP

You need to do the Legion Intro questchain.
Depending on whether or not you're a DH (horde or alliance)
here are the starting quests:

Alliance
- non DH
- DH

Horde
- non DH
- DH
