[FIXED] Relogging while in combat disables talents

Bug description: If you are relogging and in the 20 second window you get in combat, your talents disable until you relog again.
Also being attacked while relogging , when you log back online you are brought as a ghost no matter your remaining HP (don't know if this is a bug or intended)
