Bug description: Entchant isn't increasing your skinning speed at all. Tried to reapply/relog and uneq/eq

It works fine for me but I'm alliance so I have kul tiras skinning.

Can't reproduce the issue, both work fine for me (Kul tiras and Zandalari one). Could you please try it on a different item? I've also tried it on a plater using the same hands like in the video but it worked correctly for me.

I tried it once again with all types of Hand Armos (Cloth, Leather, Male, Plate) and whatsoever there is no difference.
Swaggyfrosty is entchanter right on this Char so it only works if your entchanter yourself while skinning. I´ve tested it and you need to be entchanter in order to get the speed increase as you can see on the scond Video.

I've tried that as well, however even if you don't have the profession enchanting the enchant still increases your skinning speed. Also, you're implying that in the second video on your DH the enchant works? Cause from what I see, you didn't have it enchanted on your hands and you still had the base skinning speed 1.5seconds.

I made a mistake in Cuttin the Second Video on DH.

I killed 1 ADD and skinned it with no entchant on the Hands. Following that i killed on again an applied the Hand entchant. Which worked for me at the end.

I also tried to get the Entchant right from an Entchanter over Trade Window but still its not giving me the Speed increase.

@Lerona Are you testing this on a Worgen? xD Since they got the 0.5 Skinning just from the Racial. iam thinking over those Enchanting Vellum aswell since may those are bugging it but on the other hand i dont get the speed increase from the Entchant over Trade Window aswell. So iam kinda clueless

No no I tested it on various races and classes but none of them were Worgen. I'll try again and see if i can figure out or at least replicate your issue.

Issue was solved by re-learning the profession.
