[REJECTED] World quest appears in tracking quest log when its far away from player

Bug description: Sometimes world quests appear in your quest tracking log (and they can't be removed from it ) even though they are very far away. Noticed this with different WQs in that area of Drustvar.

They appear if you select them and they can be removed from tracking by right clicking on the quest @ tracking list.

It works correctly.
