Bug description: Just downloaded the BFA PTR and went to Stormwind Docks as directed when you first login for the BFA starting questline and talk to Master Mathias Shaw and he tells you to talk to Captain Angelica who doesn't appear. I Talked to Mathias Shaw again and he gives an option to skip the scenario. (I have never played BFA and would like to see this scenario)

Rejected.

Currently the Battle for Lordaeron isnt scripted and the only way to complete the quest is to talk with Mathias Shaw to autocomplete it.
