Bug description: The cache I got from Tiragarde Sound emissary gave me a piece of gear (Fen Spirit Headdress) that is supposed to drop from the Nazmir emissary cache. It also supposed to be a horde item. Each cache from each faction has specific loot. Sadly, it's too complicated / pointless to fix this given the fact how the current system works, we've decided that the loot will always be randomly generated. (we've solved an issue related to the ilvl of the items from this chest, it was too high)
