Character name: hoodz

Bug description: When you take the quest Armed and Ready you are tasked to choose a weapon, when choosing the weapon the quest completes but is not possible to turn in as no NPC tested after it was brought to my attention by a player. Confirmed it is not possible to complete.

Proof: https://ibb.co/VCNrW4J the npc is not there to turn in. Tested twice.
