Bug description: Splitting Ice talent allows your Ice Lance to deal damage to a secondary target. The Lance's animation does show, but it deals no damage to the secondary target.

Not sure if the rest of the talent fully works, so perhaps someone should do more research as I'm not available to always be on the ptr, but at least there's this issue with the Ice Lance.

https://i.imgur.com/v8mtg1a.jpeg it works fine for me i think it is because of non combat target.And the talent has correct math and modifiers for both primary ice lance and secondary one.

Rejected. This is how it works on freakz if you find any scenario with proof of this not happening or if it should be something else make a report.

Basically main formula for Ice Lance:

0.42xSPx1.05(splitting ice bonus) and then -15%(which is aura modifier)=damage , later on crit is added and shatter

Splitting Ice:

0.8 of ice lance which is 0.336xSPx1.05-15%= equals correct damage and it also reacts if target is not frozen it will do its own damage.
