Bug description: When i pay the 10k gold fee charge the ring, i have to 12 hours to be able to use it, but instead it dissapears, also the the charged ring doest exist as ( https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=55691&&name=charge-ring-kill-credit ) points out.
