The gossip for [The Aid of the Loa](https://testbfa.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=47188&name=the-aid-of-the-loa) is permanently accessible and as a newbie you might click it and wait for the whole story/roleplay before you start the quest/accept the quest. The gossip should be available once you accept the quest only.
