Bug description:

1. In Arena and BG's for some reason is lag with 2-3 seconds spell delay, its unplayable.
2. You get Deserter debuff if you get disconnected.

The PTR runs on lower specs (starts to lag after some hours), it won't be a problem on live.

The cross-server does not support reconnecting. We're still thinking about how to avoid the deserter if it truly was a DC, otherwise it will be exploited.
