ILev Question

I was looking at WOW Head and it seems in BFA and 8.3 the highest iLev gear is TitanForged 455. My iLev on a 108 DH is 756 or so. Does this mean that the green gear I have from the quests is better than the BIS stuff in the paid WOW?

I am wondering as I am mostly a Solo and casual player who wants to run the mythic + dungeons and the rest of the content as well. Can I do this easily enough with my iLev 756 gear?

No. In BfA, the ilvl of all items from Legion and before gets scaled down. So the BfA gear will still be best.
