Bug description: My character is always swimming in the air if I jump, I have log out and in and it doesn't fixes it

I have had this too on one of my characters. You can use the Unstuck function on the website > https://www.wow-freakz.com/unstuck.php

This happens because of unloaded textures I guess, if your game isn't fully done downloading
