[DUPLICATE] [General PvE open world in BFA] Health maybe didn't scale or visual bug of Mobs

Bug description: In summary, maybe Hp of mobs didn't scale because when Im killing a mob with 18k health, recount show the around the double the final damage, if the mob has 18k, recount shows 37k-40k I did to that mob, and sometimes when im killing it the mob "heal" the half damage that I did, example; I do a crit of 5k damage, the mob heal himself 2.5k

It started to affect creatures in a weird way after disabling pvp scaling, we're looking into it.
