BFA motion sickness/headache

Hi, I don't know if this has been posted before(couldn't find anything with search). I just came back to the game after taking a break in legion and it seems that moving the camera around makes me feel dizzy and gives me a headache.
My question is, have there been any major graphical changes that could cause this? and/or is there a way to return to the Legion settings? Since it wasn't an issue up until now.

Lots of graphics changes since Legion. It now takes advantage of Windows 10 new DirectX features. It no longer runs full screen mode and runs in Windowed full screen or windowed mode. So a lot has changed. Some of those features won't work on Windows 8 or Windows 7 but full screen is gone from even older OS's with BfA. You can try enabling vsync or messing with some other options but I think newer video drivers are also important and some of the "improvements" in BfA weren't improvements at all.

Thanks for your reply. I managed to reduce the effect by capping the framerate at 60.
