[DUPLICATE] Website bug - NPC are not available / respawn timers, but they spawn in game.

Bug description: I recently saw that alot of NPC are not available on website eventhough they are spawned in game. 1 example is Houlon. He spawns in game but you can't see his respawn timer on website.

It works, the dot is just not where it should be on the map @ site, already reported but the web developer is not available atm.
