[REJECTED] Heavy Artillery quest in Stormsong Valley not working

Bug description: Just like the "From the maw of madness" quest in the same zone the the mob (Commander Wormwood) is not spawning even after sitting there for a long time, reaccepting the quest and logging in and out of the game

Can't reproduce the issue. He doesn't spawn after killing the Tank Engineers?

Can you please delete your cache folder and retake the quest, then if the same issue persists please take a screenshot?

In my case, today, it worked. Killed the Tank Engineer, then Commander, then I could enter the tank.
