Bug description: This is a turn in quest. When i take quest it still says 0/1 Take the Ferry to Eastpoint Station, when i get tothe place quest is still grey for me . I figured it out , somehow to make quest to compleate u have go and talk to NPC Will Melborne., retail do not require to talk to him in order to make quest compelated.

Since the quest criteria is not shown as optional, you shouldn't avoid doing quest credits.
