A cordial greeting first of all, my character's name is Silversurf (druid), I spoke with game administrators about the issue and they indicated that I report it to the forum, as you can see in the images of the links, I have the appearances unlocked but not I am allowed to use them, this happens in all the branches that my druid has since I play in all the branches for the reason that I always play with two friends, therefore I ask you to please solve the problem that my character has with the weapon appearances artifact since I cannot transfigure them or I can only use a few which are not to my liking or I don't like them and I suffered a lot to get the appearances you have and I would very much like to use them.
