Bug description:
Kosumoth the Hungering does not spawn with mount. After completing the questline / puzzle (clicking all orbs) the npc spawns after relog in EOA, but he only spawns with the toy. He should spawn every week with either toy or mount. I was told to make a ticket in the forum if it wasn't fixed in BFA which it isn't. Best regards.

Do I need to repeat the entire puzzle for the quest to reappear? Shouldn't it come automatically after you completed it once? If it should, I will provide a photo of the toy for completing it the first time.

The World Quest resets every 2 week if I'm right and can either have the Pet or the Mount. In my experience, the Pet appears more often, but I've seen the mount a few times. I think it's just an issue with chance :/

The thing is that the quest hasn't reappeared since I did it a long time ago :S Do I need to click all the orbs again?

I just checked on the character I collected the orbs with and the World Quest is active even now. Are you sure it's on the same character? It's not an account-wide thing. If it's the same, I can only suggest trying again and if that doesn't work/isn't possible, then I'd put a 'bugged' stamp on it xD

Completed the puzzle last patch and the World Quest is still available.

The puzzle is not account wide. Try to do it on another char, if the World Quest does not appear, feel free to make a new report (preferably with proof) and we can assume that the puzzle no longer works in our current patch.

In any case you press the orbs in the wrong order, you should see the message "You can't do that yet".
