Bug description: Right after completing the initial quest phase in Mardum, the quest "Back to Dark Time" begins and when I leave the portal my screen is completely dark, but the game keeps running and it is possible to see with the spectral view, even so it is impossible to continue the lore.
The problem has lasted 3 days.

The issue was already reported here. To have it solved, please either make an ingame ticket or contact us on discord so a GM can solve the visual.
