Greetings first of all, the name of my character is Silversurf (druid), I spoke with the game administrators about the subject, I made another post about said bug but I could not understand well as I can understand according to the answer that was given me, The game administrators told me to put it on the forum, which I already did, as you can see in the images of the links, I have the appearances unlocked but I am not allowed to use them (transfigure them) or in any case as the image indicates I can only use a few as if the others were blocked even though I have them unlocked as indicated by the images that I put as proof, this happens to me in all the branches that my druid has.
