What I need to do to appearing the world quests on Broken Isles? The Dreamweavers story quest is bugged so friendly reputation with them is hard to do.

I'm totally lost in bfa... please help. Thanks in advance.

For Broken Isles you need to complete the quest Uniting the Isles. With that, you need to complete the Val'sharah questline. If you experience any issues regarding the questline, feel free to report the quest with providing info and proof.

As for BFA, I'm not sure what exactly you mean so if you have questions feel free to ask or look up guides online / yt.
