[DUPLICATE] BOSS IN STARTING ARE DEMON HUNTER IS BUGGED HELP !!!!

Bug description: IN the starting zone for the demon hunter ,the boss who you need to kill to finish quest its bugged you cant do any damage to it and plus yesterday 5 of us random players tried and still couldnt kill him he kept healing and our armor broke completely.Please fix this bug so all of us can finish the quest and continue to play. the boss name is Inquisitor Baleful .The bubble around him kept appering which resulted in us doing no damage to him at all but only dying and breaking our armor.I dont have any picture or video of it because he is bugged completely now.We fought him for around 30min or more .
