Bug description: The binder does not drop the item required to finish the quest, you can kill her, but you can not loot the needed item to finish the quest
Proof: I have no way of taking a screen right now, but i tried to do it 4 times arleady, clearing cache, retaking the quest, relogging. Nothing worked.

I can't reproduce the issue really. The only time I wasn't able to loot her was after I've already picked up the quest item from her corpse. After you abandon the quest, you can loot her again as intended. Please if you can provide a screenshot.

Good morning, i had the same problem as original poster, solution was pulling the npc away from the spawn point so the "Servent of Neptulon" did not assist me during the entire fight. Servant of Neptulon seems to killsteal every time he "helps".
