Bug description: I'm bugged on the quest ''Tides of War''. When I go to Stormwind Keep, there are just 3 or 4 people that don't do anything, don't talk, but also there are npcs in the Keep that always attack me. Some people told me I'm stuck in Legion, no idea what should I do so I can complete it. I tried abandon and retake it, to unstuck character - nothing works. No idea what am I missing and I need help. Thanks!
