Bug description: Hey, I was wondering if it was intended to remove all prestige levels from players as BFA launched since as far as I am aware all prestige levels should've been merged in BFA. I was also told by a player that by sending you guys a ticket my prestige levels would be restored, I don't know how much of that is true so I've decided to make a post about it here.
