luncher doesen't open

The launcher just doesen't open, i see it in the backrground runing, but it doesen't open.
What can i do ?

Hello masteryolo,

Please make sure to allow the launcher to run through your firewall / antivirus and run it as Administrator.

The first time opening the launcher can take some time depending on your system, 10 - 30 minutes.

Give it some time and don't try to open launcher multiple times.

It's not his first time, once i turn off the pc and restart , sometime it works nice, but most of the time it stay in backgroung even for like 40min/1h without opening..

got the same issue here.. after restart sometimes (2 times at this moment ) it works... it lauches in the background ( taskmanage you can see it is running) but game is not lauching..
