Bug description: Leveled up a lightforged draenei from lvl 20 (default starting level) and it didn't give me the achievement, I also think other allied race heritage achievements don't work too, they only work with the free boost, probably.

You have the quest on your right side at the very top. Complete it as it's the required criteria for the achievement.

The achievements can't be obtained if you used the boost, no matter what type of boost.
