Bug description: After u complete this quest on your first char...when u reach 120 on another char, don't need to farm friendly reputation's again on any of your char's.
Proof: easy to test in game

This is not a bug, this is a feature on our server not to force players to go through multiple hour gameplay every time they level a additional Alternative character.
