Character name: Wetnappychan
Bug description: My level 110 boosted character seems to be phased in the 8.3 invasion phase of Vale of Eternal Blossoms while my demon hunter is in the pre 8.3 phase. Zidormi is nowhere to be found.

I have retested your case twice, sadly this is not the issue that I have been experieneced.

I would suggest for you to write a ticket to a GM to investigate your character from their side and see if they could assist you on this matter.
