[DUPLICATE] [Demon Hunter] Vengeance DH miscalculated soul fragment healing

The healing we get from soul fragments are so much lower than the ingame spell description shows and i think it doesnt scale with the damage taken in the last 5 secs ,you can feel how low your sustain is as a vengeance dh. Nearly unplayable cuz lack of sustain

Note : 3rd row consume soul is probably my spirit bomb casts thats why its max is 23k (5 souls i 4.6k healing for each soul) and the lowest is 0 souls ( no soul spirit bomb )
