Bug description: On this quest i cannot loot weapon and give it to NPC. That quest is needed for loremaster. Please help.

Same here. I tried to retake the quest and relog 6 times but still nothing.

I abandoned the quest and worked perfectly the second time I tried. Look for a pile of boxes on the right side of the forge after the first objective (Speak with Angus Ballaster) is completed.
