Bug description: The scouting map doesn't show any quests after I finished the questline for Tiragarde Sound. I can't progress the Kul Tiras storyline.

In order to choose a new zone, you need to complete the entire storyline in your previous zone and earn the achievement for completing the storyline.

You have NOT earned A Sound Plan.

You can use this guide to track your missing quests, or feel free to create a ticket in-game to get assistance.
