Battle for Azeroth Hotfix (2018-12-11): Blaster Master reduced to 50% effectiveness when engaged in combat with enemy players.
Battle for Azeroth Patch 8.1.0 (2018-12-11): Mastery granted reduced by nearly 50%. Effect can no longer stack more than three times. The tooltip has been updated to note that this effect can stack.
Battle for Azeroth Patch 8.0.1 (2018-07-17): Added.

we ar on patch 8.0.1 so as a fire mage i can stack 4-5 Blaster Master ( whit 1200 haste 4 = BL and no troll racial , 5 = BL + troll racial )

also in video u will gone see at start Blaster Master value is 485 mastery/ trait here is 288 mastery/trait
also in video is patch 8.0.1 because he can stack 5 stacks of Blaster Master in patch 8.0.1 u cant stack more that 3 times

we are on 8.3.7 not 8.0.1. So everything is based on 8.3.7 but the content that is locked to 8.0.1

We are on patch 8.3.7 so all scripts are from this patch while content is going to be progressive from 8.0.1 to 8.3. Rejected.
